Refund Policy

Summary: We offer a 14-day free trial. Paid subscriptions can be cancelled anytime. We offer pro-rated refunds within 7 days of billing under certain conditions.

01 Free Trial Policy

NexaAI offers a 14-day free trial on eligible plans with no credit card required. During the trial, you have full access to the features of your chosen plan. At the end of the trial, you must add a payment method and subscribe to continue. No charges are made during the free trial period.

02 Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your NexaAI subscription at any time via your account dashboard under "Billing & Subscription". Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within an already-paid billing period unless covered under our refund conditions below.

03 Refund Eligibility

NexaAI will issue a full refund in the following situations: (a) You experience a critical service failure (downtime or major bug) lasting more than 48 consecutive hours and contact us within 7 days; (b) You are charged incorrectly due to a billing error on our part; (c) You request a refund within 7 days of your first paid subscription charge (first-time subscribers only) and have not used the service extensively. Refund requests must be submitted to billing@nexaai.com with your account email and reason.

04 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not provided in these situations: (a) You forgot to cancel before the renewal date; (b) You have used the service extensively during the billing period; (c) Your account was terminated for violations of our Terms of Service; (d) You are requesting a refund for a period older than 7 days; (e) You are on an annual plan and have used more than 30 days of the annual subscription.

05 Annual Plan Refunds

Annual plan subscribers who wish to cancel within the first 30 days of purchase may request a pro-rated refund for unused months. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but may be cancelled to prevent future renewal.

06 Enterprise Plan Refunds

Enterprise plans are custom-priced and governed by individual service agreements. Refund terms for Enterprise plans are specified in the Enterprise Service Agreement signed at onboarding. Please contact your account manager for details.

07 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund: (1) Email billing@nexaai.com from your registered account email; (2) Include your account name, registered email, and the reason for the refund request; (3) Our billing team will review and respond within 3 business days; (4) Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

08 Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in account suspension. We are always willing to work with you to resolve billing issues directly and quickly.

09 Changes to This Policy

NexaAI reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. The policy in effect at the time of your subscription renewal governs that renewal period.
